Your privacy is important to us, so, it is Outcome’s policy to respect that privacy regarding any information we may collect while you are operating our website. This Privacy Policy applies to weareoutcome.co (hereinafter, “us”, “we”, or “weareoutcome.co“). We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting personally identifiable information you may provide us through the website. We have adopted this privacy policy (“Privacy Policy”) to explain what information may be collected on our website, how we use this information, and under what circumstances we may disclose the information to third parties. This Privacy Policy applies only to information we collect through the website and does not apply to our collection of information from other sources. This Privacy Policy, sets forth the general rules and policies governing your use of our website. Depending on your activities when visiting our website, you may be required to agree to additional terms and conditions.

Website Visitors

When you visit weareoutcome.co, our hosting provider, Vercel, receives the technical information every browser sends with a request, such as your IP address, browser type, the page requested, the referring site and the date and time. This is used only to deliver the website and keep it secure, and is kept in server logs for a short time. We don’t use analytics or tracking tools, and we don’t build profiles of visitors.

Information You Give Us

We only collect personal information that you choose to send us:

• Contact form: your name, email address, company size and message, plus the optional details you select (industry, budget and timing). If you reach the form from a link on another page, such as a case study, we also note which section you came from. The form is delivered to us by email through Formspree, and we use it only to reply to your enquiry.
• Newsletter: your email address and, if you give it, your first name, stored on our mailing list in Brevo. Every email has an unsubscribe link.
• Downloads: some reports ask for your name and email address before you download them. With your consent, we add you to our mailing list in Brevo and record which report you downloaded. You can unsubscribe at any time.

Cookies

weareoutcome.co does not use cookies. We don’t set any of our own, and we don’t load advertising, analytics or social media trackers, which is why there is no cookie banner. Nothing is stored in your browser’s local storage either.

Images on the site are served by Sanity, the service that hosts our content. Its image servers receive the same technical request information as any web server, but don’t set cookies.

The SATORI page includes a product video hosted by Vimeo. The video only loads when you press play, and it uses Vimeo’s “do not track” setting, which stops the player from tracking session data, including cookies. Once the video is playing, Vimeo’s privacy policy applies.

Links to other websites, such as LinkedIn, Spotify, Apple Podcasts or the SATORI platform, take you to sites with their own privacy and cookie policies.

If we ever add cookies that aren’t strictly necessary, we will ask for your consent first and update this policy.

We share personal information only with the services that run the website for us:

• Vercel: website hosting.
• Sanity: website content and images.
• Formspree: delivery of contact form messages.
• Brevo: our mailing list and newsletter.
• Vimeo: the SATORI product video, only if you play it.
